Get a Lawyer that specializes in going after HOA's, there's a lot of them, and just do what ever you want and if they come at you just hand them the Lawyers card and tell them to take it up with them. They will leave you alone cause they know they have no legal grounds to do what they do.

well saying my lawn is 5 acres and when they cut the field next to me crap blows over into my lawn... that would take me all summer to do... so No ill just cut it once a week at 2.5 inchs on my rider and be done.

Ive lived with my HOA for 20+ yrs. Ours is pretty easy & straight fwd. It keeps the neighborhood looking good. Therefore our property values have steadily increased.

We need to ban HOA property developers are implementing them in communities to continue to charge fees and maintain control.

I purchased a property last year and the HOA is great, they always help when ever I ask them to do. I have lot of rocks and boulders on my land and I recently hired an Excavating/landscaping company and all they needed is their insurance. I love the management and I pay about 1/10th of the basic housing expenses that I pay for my other home in a different state.😂 So, it is not only much cheaper for me paying HOA than common charges but because of the HOA I pay way less taxes too.
